Cyberscribe & Digital Shows Words&Pictures, Inc. offers two specialized services designed for today's meetings. The first, "Cyberscribe," brings realtime, online capture of dialog within your meeting. Using a computer, we record the important aspects of meeting dialog and project it within the meeting room. Because participants can immediately see what's being said projected in front of them, you can reach a new level in meeting dynamics. The audience enjoys a heightened awareness that what they're contributing is "taken seriously," and the presenter or meeting facilitator can use this information to enhance the ongoing meeting. At any appropriate time during or after your sessions, this information can be easily distributed on hard copies, diskettes and/or transmitted electronically. The Cyberscribe technique can also be used to communicate with people unable to attend a meeting through e-mail. Their comments can then be incorporated into the meeting and included in documentation. As part of the Cyberscribe process (or stand-alone), we can bring you realtime digital photography. Using a high-quality digital camera, we record visuals of events, people, etc., and can almost instantaneously integrate them into your presentations. For example, when a breakout group makes its presentation from a flipchart, those illustrations can be photographed and displayed onscreen so all can readily see. And when you return from your meeting, those materials are available to be published with meeting presentations, notes and follow-up materials -- printed or distributed electronically. We also use digital photography and special software to create "event modules," capturing both the learning and social activities across the span of your meeting for an impactful closing. These self-contained modules can be projected with creative transitions and soundtrack. You can later use these images in electronic or printed materials or transferred as a show on videotape.
